wee hours into the night~

just hours before the next paper. math. juz doing final prep for it. haha. its like almost 4 am. tzeyang's pretty desperate as well, though now he juz told me he's knocking off. haha. really should have concentrated more during the day. anyhow, the weekend wasnt too bad. on fri after cprog paper( which went okay~) wasted the afternoon away watching movies till we met up for dinner.

dinner was at suntech with the usual crew. uncle ellie's flyin to china for his course studies so we thought of a farewell dinner. wont see him for another 3 weeks. plz bring presents! hahahah. we hung out at the esplanade later on before callin it a day. sat was normal, tried to revise then went for mass. after that went to town with family to bring couz around, ended up going over the same places i went the night before. haha.

now bout sunday. stayed home. again tried revising. but was watchin the whole season of starwars clone wars. GG. so the day's revision wasnt productive. it was until late hours of the night, did i really start producing proper and accountable work.

geez, i really really love to do things last minute. =/

cross my fingers for splendid results for my Thermofluids and Electrical Technology. i did quite a good amount of revision and practice for those, i think. haha. wasn't particularly troubled too much during the papers. hope i'd feel the same way for my Computer Programming this friday. after that paper, it'd mark the halfway point of my semester exams with the remaining 2 next week, Fundamental Mathematics and Engineering Materials, monday and wednesday respectively. afterwhich, its officially party time!

okay.. back to the present. take a day at a time. haha. didnt do much revision at all today for Cprog after ETech. played games the whole afternoon. >.< tmr i'd better get my lazybutt to do some proper work. at least a passable effort. haha. oh yea, my couz is comin over to stay in S'pore and apply for some job here. should be accompanyin mum to pick her up at the airport.

anyhow, back to the current topic on revision. come on lets keep going, it'll be fine yo! do what you can and do it well luh. haha.

ahh, i wanna read a good book. been a while since i last hooked myself into pages. lost in a world constructed by our minds as we project out the writer's words. now im wandering around in numbers, terms, laws, equations. haha.

well, gotta mug for the exam, wat to do. haha. just the distractions are too mouth watering to resist for some. hehe. dota~ haha. but yea, i hope ive prepared enough. should do fine.

hmm, i need to understand myself completely or improve on my understanding. argh, sounds pretty stupid huh? im quite in a tight fix nowadays. things going haywire recently and everywhere else too. lotsa crap's been going around everyone's lives and events are making me feel real uncomfortable. it's like clouding my vision, judgement, moral and i feel i gotta change something within. soul searching it is then. O Lord be my Strength.

rise and shine, its Assumption of Mary our Mother. attended the 8am mass before heading out to meet rus at bishan. wah, i saw 6 trains pass by before i got on to the one he's in, and finally made our way to peixin band.

okay, so we played around some songs and had fun, but yes, we had to carry out wat we came for. drilling the juniors! we had a good 2 hour sectional which we covered a page, bar 36 to bout 80 plus i think. haha. And The Ocean Glows is a real nice piece and quite a good challenge for woodwinds. hahaha. but primary sch? hahaha.. the usual px band.

right, i had to cab down to church coz i overstayed at px. i was slightly late for mass, but i was thinking bout the 15 bucks i paid... but i was soon enthralled by the music that filled the grand walls of our church. Thank you God for the gift of music in our lives. it's such a beautiful language thats has no bounds.

afterwards we went for a hearty dinner somewhere in kovan. full of fun laughter and good food. we wished steven a successful spell in the US as he unfolds a new chapter in his life. we'll miss ya bro. come back visit ASAP! hahahah/

ooh, i laughed so hard tonight.. coz the guys were comparing their tummy. and emmanuel's reaction was just epic. hahahah.

had so much fun over this long weekend. haha

today played a good game of soccer at bradel heights. took a while to shake off the rusty feeling. after that, i joined my family to catch GI JOE. it was pretty good. haha. we watched it at iluma bugis. haha, the place forever in winter season. haha!

bad thing i realised though, i didnt do much revising.. =/ gg..

Barrage

better late than nerver. haha
had a good time out today. met up wit kovie to buy some supplies before heading out to marina bay station. went to the marina barrage along with kovie, yubing, carrie, madeline, alan, weeseng, tzeyang, lucas and liyi. had a crazy feast, very healthy*.. haha~!

under the blistering heat, we had fun playin cards, games, dares, and yes, camwhore.. haha.

finally, wat we all been waitin for, the fireworks to errupt. its good, cept for the IRs partly blocking the view. nevertheless, it was a good sight. there goes millions, or wat alan said: tax. haha!

we took a free shuttle service to the barrage, but obviously we couldnt take it back to the mrt station, so we walked. hahaha.. pretty long walk i have to say. nearly made a mess of myself. lucky we had to catch up with the guys up front so i ran off ahead to reach everyone else. saved!heh..

we had dinner at raffles city at the food court before going home. was disappointed with the defeat but its okay luh. more things to worry bout. Zzzzz.....

i need my sleep. someone knock me out.

friday's fun. haha, first though, i went through lessons till bout 11. did our project for CRS, our group topic was on pornography.. hahah! we managed to finish it and at the same time i killed off hours cuz had to wait for peeps to end class at 5 before we make our way to vivo.

hung out with yubing, liyi, gris, kovan, tzeyang, mingren, alan, cecilia, carrie and madeline. take away dinner from the foodcourt and ate at the open roof area. had some fun with truth/dare. but soon, it became clear that everyone juz preferred to camwhore.. haha, thank u carrie for my phone suddenly having a huge increase in pictures.. haha!

juz got back from jazz prac. its really a tough and challenging genre to learn and apply. but im coping fine i think. =/ haha. vincent's been a great help, i really appreciate and am in awe whenever he plays. hahah! gotta learn from him to be on par with him asap!

exams are 2 weeks away. i know i can revise and get down to business, but i really have to have better control of my mood.. Zzzzz... sleep more too. haha!

im losing my interest again. haha.
nows the tough part alr, under pressure to perform well in studies and personally, in my playing.
cant find the right balance yet. beh...

got up at 830 to meet up with choirmates for breakfast. after that we made our way to church of risen christ which is situated at toa payoh. teamed up with jess and daryl at the foot of the stair. proved to be a bad decision, we didnt get to sell much coupons or collect donations either. though daryl made an effort and became thick skinned by asking ppl left right centre. i tried but kept being shoo-ed away, jess luck was no better. haha..

after counting the total amount sold blah blah, ate lunch at botak jones. ordered a massive burger set. was stuffed afterwards. hahaha. daryl ordered the same thing and he felt the same. haha!

after that i went home and slack. chat on msn with bing.. haha!

now still chattin with her along with mingren. hahaha

studied with mich at bk, wheelock. wah, i realise im like a tourist whenever im walkin along orchard.. haha, many new changes and additions. haha. after studying we walked to plaza sing coz mich got her lesson at yamaha. we managed to reach there on time haha!

i had a look around plaza sing before makin my way back to hougang for mass. today the choir sounded a lil rough. but overall good, the usual.. haha. joined my choirmates for dinner, been a while since i last tagged along with them. steven's gonna fly off to US on 18th aug. bout 2 weeks le, gonna miss him. wonderful friend, brother.

tmr gonna meet up with choirmates to sell tickets for our church's feastday.
